Tri-State ASHI PEER REVIEW

Tri-State ASHI’s will be having a Peer Review will be in Telford, PA on Thursday January 27, 2022. 

Please join us as we do a review inspection of a selected house.  The Review Inspection includes a group of Home Inspectors going through this house, sharing their findings.  We will look to find and note all defects.  After this 1 ½ to 2 hour approximate inspection, we will be discussing the issues and coming up with a list and consensus on items that would be identified by a prudent Home Inspector over breakfast.  These will also be used to judge the Peer Review Candidates.  This is a dynamic way to learn from your fellow inspectors, while we gain from your knowledge.  Open to all, novice as well as seasoned inspectors.  

This course is for 3 ASHI and NJ approved credits.  $40 includes breakfast – there is no charge for Tri-State ASHI members.  We will be meeting at the dinner parking lot at 8 am.  We are usually done breakfast by 11:00.  Located at the HomeTown Family Restaurant - 714 PA-Route 113, Souderton, PA 18964. Those interested in going through the Peer Review and attaining the designation of Inspector by Review®, or Master Inspector by Review® need to fill out an application in advance.   If you are interested in being a part of the Peer Review Committee please contact Vince Tecce.
