Last month Victor Capolla, of Green Works gave a great talk on moisture and odor issues in homes and commercial buildings.

As a building Biologist he highlighted the effects a new revovation can have on an existing structure and the damage and health problems clients experience as a result.

The night ended with a blind sniff test of various smells in canisters, we could try to decifer for ourselves. 

If you missed it we will try to bring him back for an encore talk, or we may have him present at next years fall seminar!

This month Dee Goldstein will be demonstrating some of the newest Home Inspection tools available today.

There wil be a hands on demonstration of the latest gadgets available to make your home inspection process better and more enjoyable.

You will be able to purchase some of the items demonstrated that evening.

Also Will Colton from Home Inspector Pro Insurance will be with us to present some case studies and best practices for limiting liability in the Home Inspection process.
