Be prepared to participate in an engaging discussion focused on Home Inspector analysis of moisture defect evidence, use of moisture measurement tools, and reporting your findings. Quick, you can only look for water damage in one place, where would you look? We'll be looking deeper into moisture issues that may be common, but not commonly identified visually. Demonstration will be provided for effective use of moisture related tools such as IR cameras, RF scanning meters, and resistance probing meters, including their appropriate applications and limitations. With that, there will also be discussion of how to report these issues and findings. Bring your moisture meter! 

Bill Dare of Spotlight Home Inspection, and Ed Urban of Urban Property Services will be leading the discussion.
