Hello Members,
At our upcoming chapter meeting, Curtis of Armored Home Inspections will be presenting a structured framework for post-inspection maintenance planning and long-term client support.
The presentation will explore an area many inspectors encounter but rarely address in a structured way — what happens after the inspection report is delivered and the homeowner begins maintaining the property.
Topics will include:
• The “post-inspection gap” many inspectors experience
• How maintenance planning can improve homeowner clarity and expectations
• Ways this approach may help reduce follow-up concerns and liability exposure
• A software-agnostic framework that can work alongside any inspection platform
• Optional participation models for inspectors interested in implementing the concept
This will be a 60-minute presentation followed by open Q&A. The session is intended as a professional discussion and educational overview, and may be valuable for inspectors at different stages of their careers.
Come hear an interesting talk this month! You will learn some interesting things!
